We are currently seeking sales staff local to Central Coast to work on behalf of our client at a retail pop-up.

Dates: Shifts available every day from Monday 30th of September- Sunday 13th of September (flexibility to work only the shifts that work for your schedule)

Most days will be 8:30am – 6pm

Roles

Brand Ambassador :

Your role will be to give out free toothbrushes and flyers while encouraging customers to book in an appointment (with a free gift card incentive). The main goal is to get as many appointments booked as possible with a target of 15 per day. (Most Brand Ambassadors can get between 10-40 depending on how good you are).

If you get 15 booked, you will receive an additional bonus per shift. You will likely work with a local PSD staff member and a tooth fairy character on some shifts. On those days your target is 25 bookings per day. We are looking for staff who are willing to be really approachable and enthusiastic and able to work towards achieving the target.

This role requires you to produce results (booking in appointments) so we’re looking for staff with a back ground in sales or lead gen. If you are not capable of producing results and working towards a KPI, don’t apply for the job.

About you:

• You are really approachable, enthusiastic, and have a natural outgoing & bubbly personality.
• You must be able to approach people and start a conversation.
• A background in sales/lead generation will be a huge advantage
• You regularly exceed kpi’s and sales targets
