The Great Aussie Bush Camp at Kincumber is looking for a responsible Night Supervisor. The Night Supervisor is responsible for managing the safety and well-being of our clients through the night during their stay at Aussie Bush Camp. The position is casual and will work to a roster. Hours depends on the needs and bookings of clients and directed by the Centre manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and Team Members.
• Be first point of call for client enquiries once Duty Manager has finished.
• Act to a high awareness of our child safe commitments.
• Ensure that a reasonable level of behaviour is maintained by all campsites. This includes initial student briefing.
• Handle any first Aid or emergency issues in line with Company SOP’s.
• Provide support to clients that may have trouble adjusting to camp away from their family.
• Patrol the grounds ensuring a visible presence to all clients.

Other requirements  

• Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or hold a valid Work Visa in Australia.
• Comfortability with working hours which may include occasional tasks outside normal working hours.
• Must be fluent in English.

• Hold and keep current NSW WWCC
• Current first Aid
