Are you our next Super Star HR Administrator?

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator, to support our management team and staff on a Fixed Term 12-month Maternity Leave contract based in Singleton NSW.

The Role:

Ready for Immediate start, suitable for someone wanting to advance their career within the Human Resource field, who enjoys problem solving and interacting with people in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

You will be supporting all our functional departments while reporting to our Business Resource Manager. Customer Service is critical in this role, and you will need to autonomously manage and maintain multiple priorities and be motivated to get in and hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the recruitment adverts on SEEK, Indeed and other Social Media Platforms.
  • Screen, review and interview applicants either over the phone or in person using the recruitment register to identify specific needs.
  • Manage the entire Employee onboarding process using the Employment Hero application.
  • Book and maintain field staff’s site inductions, White Cards, and Order 43 Medicals.
  • Reference check candidates to ensure suitability to position and business.
  • Supporting the HR Team when required.

The $ and Hours/Days

  • Hourly rate is negotiable
  • 3-4 days per week
  • Fixed Term 12-month Maternity Leave contract with a possibility to extend for 3 months.

Criteria:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience of Pegasus and Damstra systems is strongly desired.
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration role.
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driving licence.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving skills and time-management skills.
  • Must have a sense of Humour!
